Tapioca Flour

            Tapioca flour/starch is an additional flour in my gluten-free, yeast-free bread recipes.

Tapioca flour (sometimes called tapioca starch) is a starchy flour ground from the root of the Cassava plant.  Tapioca flour is another important ingredient in making the gluten-free breads in this cookbook.

My preferred brand is Vitacost Foods brand Tapioca Flour
